  • Creating content for various communication channels including social media, email marketing, webinars, and other online platforms.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to create effective materials and campaigns that support the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Providing a high level of customer support by utilising the MarketOwl platform and resolving product functionality, configuration and technical issues.
  • Responding promptly to customer queries through various communication channels (email, chat, phone), resolving issues and providing solutions as soon as possible.
  • Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, providing suggestions on how to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Teaching clients how to effectively use the platform and recommendations for optimising marketing campaigns using the tools provided by MarketOwl.
  • Participating in the creation and updating of user manuals, FAQs and other training materials.
  • Liaising with development and marketing teams to resolve technical issues and improve products.
Requirements:
  • Experience in technical support or customer service from 1 year.
