Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of customer support by utilising the MarketOwl platform and resolving product functionality, configuration and technical issues.
- Responding promptly to customer queries through various communication channels (email, chat, phone), resolving issues and providing solutions as soon as possible.
- Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, providing suggestions on how to improve functionality and user experience.
- Teaching clients how to effectively use the platform and recommendations for optimising marketing campaigns using the tools provided by MarketOwl.
- Participating in the creation and updating of user manuals, FAQs and other training materials.
- Liaising with development and marketing teams to resolve technical issues and improve products.
Requirements:
